Founder & CEO
An alumnus of IIT Roorkee and the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Rishi brings decades of experience from the front lines of the global IT industry, where he conceptualized, built, and scaled products for some of the world's largest telecom giants.
He founded Phroneo Technologies with a single belief: that when we invest in how a child learns, we don't just change their future — we expand the limits of what humanity can become.
Richa Pal
Co-Founder & Chief Learning Officer
Richa is a graduate of IIT Ropar, where she studied Mathematics and Computing (MnC) — one of the most rigorous programs in the country, built around the deep mathematical and computational foundations that power today's Artificial Intelligence.
A techie at heart and an educator by calling, Richa blends serious technical depth with a deeply human purpose. At Phroneo Technologies, she leads the technology and AI vision.
